This is a 1976 Buddy L Auto Action Traffic Light toy. The plastic light is unused on the original approx. 8 1/8" high card. The card shows scattered wear from age with a marker price near the top left corner. The blister bubble has some dents and is starting to lift from the card, but the toy itself has never been removed from the package.
