This is an used 30 inch diameter or across life preserver ring we purchased from a local sale. It is made of a hard dense Styrofoam with a vinyl covering. This ring is really beat up, worn, cracked, damaged and ugly but only adds to the authenticity of the item. It measures about 30 inches wide and 3+1/2 inches thick. It would be great for decoration in a maritime themed room or collection.
