CONDITION & AUTHENTICITY OF ITEMS: Item Condition for Collectibles: Please read the description carefully. POST CARD GRADING IS AS FOLLOW:

MINT: A perfect card just as it comes from the printing press. No marks, bends or creases. No writing or postmarks. A clean fresh card.
NEAR MINT: Like mint but very light aging or very slight discoloration from being in an album for many years - not as sharp or crisp as mint.
EXCELLENT: Like mint in appearance with no bends or creases or rounded or blunt corners. May be postally used or unused, with writing and/or postmarks only on the address side. A clean fresh card on the picture side.
VERY GOOD: Corners may be a bit blunt or rounded. Almost undetectable crease or bend that does not detract from overall appearance of the picture side. May be postally used or unused with writing and/or postmarks only on address side.
GOOD: Corners may be noticeably blunt or rounded with noticeably slight bends or creases. May be postally used or unused with writing and/or postmarks on address side only.
FAIR - POOR: The card is intact and may have one or more of the following defects - excess soil, stains, creases, bumps, writing, or cancellation that may affect the picture and address sides of the card. These types of cards are listed because they are rare, unusual or hard to find.

All items are shipped in reinforced packaging. Tracking is provided for every item we sell which costs about $2.50 to mail - so please keep that cost in mind when making an offer or bidding. We do offer free shipping on any additional postcards sent with the intial purchase.

SHIPPING: Items ship within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment with the exception of holidays, Saturday, Sundays - Items will ship the next postal business day available.

DOMESTIC: WE OFFER THREE METHODS OF SHIPMENT FOR CUSTOMERS: FIRST CLASS - USPS $2.50 - PRIORITY USPS - $5.50. EXPRESS USPS - $18.50

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

WE OFFER THREE METHODS OF USPS SHIPMENT: FIRST CLASS, PRIORITY, & EXPRESS Your cost will be based on the weight of your overall packaged items. All items will have the appropriate customs documentation accompanying the package. You are responsible for all customs fees and rights to import. Please do not ask us to mark the item as a gift - as that is a violation of international laws. Typical shipping cost is $5.95 for the first card - all additional cards you purchase (with the exception of large lots) is included in that initial cost.. Priority Shipping is $19.50 to most countries.

SHIPPING TO CANADA for Postcard Customers is calculated at the package rate in accordance with USPS regulations. Please allow us to invoice you with the corrected shipping amount so that you do not overpay. The cost is $5.95 for the first card - and free for all additional postcards or FDC's.

PAYMENT TERMS: Pay Payment is expected within 3 days of auction close. A payment reminder will be sent out to you on the third day.

An UNPAID ITEM REMINDER will be filed with ebay on the fourth day. If you will require more time to pay for your items, please let us know upon purchase.

NONPAYING BIDDERS: If you do not pay for your item during the Unpaid item process and no contact is made with us - you will be added to our blocked buyer list.

RETURNS: If you need to return an item please email us with your concern prior to leaving feedback for a resolution. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we welcome the opportunity to hear your concerns and comments and to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. Once a return has been approved, please include the following pieces of information with your item: original item number, purchase date & reason for return.
