Payment is expected within two days of auction end or immediately if auction is an immediate payment required auction. All domestic purchases are shipped through the post office through paypal shipping and tracking information is uploaded to your order page as soon as label is generated. Please do not ask us to email you tracking numbers. Heavier packages will be shipped via fedex or UPS with tracking uploaded. We strive to ship all our items within 24hrs of receipt of payment but sometimes we need an extra day or two. We email everyone of our customers domestic and international to let them know when their packages are being shipped. Sometimes these emails end up in spam but they are sent to everyone. We are not responsible for any customs charges and we dont like for you to have to pay for them as much as you do. If a return is warranted or accepted a 15% restocking fee with be deducted. We also ship many of our items with free shipping and those charges will also be deducted from return.
Most of the items we sell are of intimate nature. We apologize but these items cannot be returned. Size charts are posted in all listings. Please remember we do not manufacture these items. If you feel they run too small or too large we cannot be held responsible. If you dont like the quality of an item again we dont make them and cannot be held responsible.
