DESPATCH/POSTAGE

I will pack items to a high standard of protection, and will always obtain Royal Mail Proof of Posting. However, I cannot be held responsible for losses or damage in the post, but will assist buyers in progressing claims for loss or damage with Royal Mail. I will usually despatch within 24 hours of receiving payment, via First Class post within the United Kingdom or by standard Air Mail abroad, at the rates shown in the listing.

If the selling price for an item, or several items shipped together, exceeds £50 then the despatch will be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery or International Tracked/SIgned as appropriate. I will share the cost of this with the buyer.

PAYMENT

Payment within ten days of purchase please. Within the United Kingdom, payment will be accepted via PayPal, or by Personal Cheque drawn on a UK Bank, or a UK Postal Order. For International purchases, only PayPal is accepted, and due to high Bank Charges I cannot accept International Bank Transfers.

PROBLEMS

All items have been listed by me in good faith, and I will always attempt to describe them fully and correctly. However, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please let me know within fourteen days of receipt. I will accept returns and give full refunds of the purchase price, provided of course that the item is in the same condition as when despatched.
