SHIPMENT AND POSTAGE COSTS:
CHANNEL ISLANDS, GUERNSEY, ALDERNEY, JERSEY, SARK etc. are NOT PART OF THE UK (or the EU) - please ask for a quote or pay stated fees to Europe! 
Prices for the EU cover Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Isle Of Man, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. Other Europe related locations such as GREECE, CYPRUS, NORWAY, MALTA, GIBRALTAR, SWITZERLAND, EASTERN EUROPE, CANARIES, etc. ARE EXTRA - please ask for a quote! Ebay does not provide an option to show seperate prices for these locations.
Buyers are responsible for paying any local taxes, VAT, GST, customs duties, import requirements, etc. We help minimise costs where possible. These charges will not apply to UK and EU customers as goods are shipped from within the EU.
Dispatch is normally 1 clear working day after payment. 
Items must be signed for and we will only deliver to the address shown on the payment.
DELIVERY:
UK Courier delivery is usually next working day after dispatch. International delivery time depends on location; usually 2 - 10 working days.
Courier delivery includes two delivery attempts. Once these have been made you may need to collect the item from the courier.

We accept payments viia PayPal. We do not take card payments over the telephone. We do not accept personal or company cheques. We do not accept Escrow. 
FEES:
Handling fees, packaging, shipping and insurance against loss are included in P&P costs. Postage is only a component of the total P&P charge. 
Buyers are responsible for paying any local taxes, VAT, GST, customs duties, import requirements, etc. We help minimise costs where possible. No Customs or Import Duty charges will apply to EU customers.

CONTRACT:
A contract shall not exist until we accept your offer and payment by shipping your item. E&OE.
The description, listed features and pictures are for guidance only and may not be exact as items may be subject to minor changes in design and appearance by the manufacturer.
P&P / Shipping is to be considered a separate contract to supply from the purchase of the goods.

RETURNS

RETURNS:
1. Purchases from us are exempt from the DSR right to return under regulation 13b. However we voluntarily provide a similar service for UK buyers.
2. For 7 working days after delivery of the goods you can notify us via eBaying messaging that you wish to return unused goods. This means that you can externally inspect the goods but not unseal or use them (just like you would get to do when in a shop). Goods should arrive back within 7 days of your notice of return being received.
3. Returned items and accessories should be unopened, sealed, undamaged, unmarked, unused and resaleable as new - you have a duty of care for the item.
4. This return service excludes custom ordered items such as cut to length cable and items with limited lifetimes such as event tickets.
5. Returns must be sent by you at your cost and risk. Items must be adequately wrapped and protected. You have a duty of care and the responsibility for any damage during return lies with you.
6. You agree that we can deduct our P&P costs from a refund if we are not at fault or liable to refund them. International orders are not eligable for a P&P refund under any circumstances. Items listed as 'free P&P' have the P&P cost included in the item price and deductions still apply.
7. For failed / refused deliveries returned by the courier where you have not made reasonable efforts to retrieve the item, you agree that we can deduct TWO WAY courier charges from any refund.
8. All items have a minimum 1 year manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. We will directly repair or replace at our discretion faulty items returned within 180 days of the purchase date. After this period, claims are via manufacturer's warranty which ranges from 1 year for general items and up to 6 years for high end amplifiers. We will assist you with manufacturer warranty claims provided you have left positive feedback for us for the relevant transaction on eBay.
9. Failures due to abuse or misuse (e.g. stripped screw threads, snapped components, blown or heat damaged speaker coils, physical damage, reversed polarity power connections, etc.) is wear and tear or abuse not covered by us or under warranty. 
10. Refunds will be subject to deductions for your use of the item once items have been removed from sealed bags, marked, scratched or otherwise damaged, have striped / cut cables or are not as new in anyway. Please bench test items before installation if you want a full refund for a faulty / DOA item rather that a repair or replacement. 
11. You agree that that any eBay fees incurred may be deducted from a refund if you return an item but refuse a mutual cancel for the return. You agree to complete the mutual cancellation process on eBay before we can issue a full refund so that we know we have recovered these fees.
