This was made by "T&L MuuMuu Factory" in Hawaii and it is Top Quality.

It is Blue with Red, Green and White Flowers throughout, V necked with lace. It has a beautiful, decorative ruffle at the bottom. The dress is zipper backed. It is very popular in Hawaii and can be used for both casual and dressy.
