Lens is in good  cosmetic condition. It shows normal wear on the lens barrel and focusing ring from use. I don't see anything damaged. Front glass coating has no visible scratches.  Lens has no haze inside the glass elements. Glass looks very good over all. 

Please note that for sale is only macro adapter, not the lens itself. It it was made for Vivitar 90mm f2.5 lens, and it will work only with that model. With FD mount only.
