Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from ATS RC Planes.  If you have any questions about an item, please email before placing a bid.  We will accept returns. You will need to email us within 30 days of receiving the item for return authorization and then item must be in the mail (or UPS/Fedex) to us within 5 days.  The unused item  must be received  in the Original packaging and NEW, Unused condition that you received it in.  Return charges are paid by the buyer. Shipping costs are not refunded.  If you received free shipping, the actual cost to ship the item to you will be deducted from the refund. This does not apply to items sold "as is" or items with defects and/or conditions that are described in the listing as they are non-returnable.
