DESCRIPTION: Here measuring about 9" in the handle down position and 12" up, and weighing a bit over 7 lbs is this vintage, Pat 1920 or older, .. MILWAUKEE milk bottle capper.   I think it is a 'stand alone' Item, but it has a hole where maybe it could have been attached to a bottling machine.   It includes (2) very good unused and (3) pressed thru caps from ... C. A. Behm Dairy - 174 Corinthia St. - Lockport NY.  Cap backs are pressed in with .... "SEAL RIGHT SANITARY SERVICE".
 The capper was quite likely the one used for the Lockport Dairy.  A group of 10 same caps were listed as a separate item.
