If you decide to apply it to a shirt you should use a professional heat transfer press at your local T-Shirt shop.

This transfer will be mailed in a protective box so it arrives unharmed. See the photos for more details. The first photo shows the transfer through the mounting paper on a lighted background. The second photo shows the actual colors of the transfer.
