Superb, very fine, antique 1757 copperplate map, titled, in fancy antique art title East Indies, I see Mogul's Empire or India Within the Ganges and India beyond the Ganges, Philipine Islands, Sumatra Island, Borneo, Java , and much more, many fascianting areas on the map, much has changed. Very fine engraving, printed on superb period handmade paper, no printing on reverse. The map had seperated at the right hand side fold, and had a large tear across the top, the map has an older string repair to these areas on reverse, overall in nice condition. The size of the map is 7.75" by 12.5". Rare. Winning bidder pays $3.50 shipping domestic, more foreign.
