Policies

Shipping Time Frame

 

 

Items typically ship in 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. It is almost always the same day or one day, but occasionally we do get overloaded and it could take 2-3 days to get your item out. We ship M-F only excluding holidays. Any order received on the weekend will be shipped out the following week.

 

International Shipping

 

 

You are responsible for any customs taxes or duties required. Please DO NOT ask us to declare a lower item price on customs forms. Some of our items are too large to ship to some countries. If you think there might be a problem please just e-mail us . As long as the shipping cost is reasonable we will ship any item worldwide.

 

In Store Pick Up

 

We do offer local pick up. Please let us know before you get here that you are going to use local pick up, so we may have your items ready for you. From November 1st to May 1st you may pick up an item seven days a week. From May 1st to October 31st local pick up is available Monday – Friday.

Used Equipment

 

 

All used equipment is sold "as is". You will receive the item that is in the pictures. Please take a good look at the pictures to make sure this is the item you want. We recommend that all used bikes be put together and be adjusted thoroughly by a professional bicycle mechanic. We also recommend that all used ski bindings be adjusted by a professional ski technician.
