This is a pair of Vintage RAY-BAN WAYFARER II Sunglasses. They are Tortoise and Black and marked "B&L RAY-BAN  U.S.A. , WAYFARER II   W0530 UTAS". 

I cannot find a "BL" mark on the lenses that lends me to believe that they may have been replaced. They do not appear to have a Rx lenses in them but if they do it is extremely weak. They are in very Good condition.

They measure 5 3/4" across the temples witch is wide so I believe these are men's sunglasses. 

They will be shipped with a newer Ray-Ban eyeglass case not original to these glasses but they fit into perfectly.
