portrait looking down and to the right of the camera. Photograph is by
Tancred, London with their rubberstamp on the back and is on heavy
weight stock; matte finish; 8" x 10", very good, fresh. ca. 1960.

Dolores Hart (b. 1938), born Dolores Hicks; October 20, 1938,
Chicago, Illinois; films include: "Loving You" 1957 with Elvis
Presley; "Wild is the Wind" 1957; "Lonelyhearts" 1958; "King
Creole" 1958 with Elvis Presley; "The Plunderers" 1960;
"Where the Boys Are" 1960; "Sail a Crooked Ship" 1961;
"Lisa" 1962; "Come Fly with Me" 1963. She has 19 film & TV credits.
Holds the unique distinction of being the only nun to be a voting
member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
Dolores Hart did her last film in 1963 and started the process to
become a nun and in 1970 took her final vows. She entered the
strictly cloistered Benedictine Regina Laudis Monastery, in
Bethlehem, Connecticut, where she still is today.
