I WILL COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE AUCTION WINS, AND HANDLING TIME WILL BE NO MORE THAN 5 BUSINESS DAYS.  I USUALLY SHIP EVERY DAY, BUT ON VERY RARE OCCASIONS, IT MAY TAKE THE FULL 5 DAYS FOR THE ITEMS TO SHIP OUT.  THIS OF COURSE WILL EXCLUDE HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, VACATIONS AND TIMES OF ILLNESS.

I will ONLY ship my comics using PRIORITY MAIL and come with Delivery Confirmation.  However, I am able to send up to 10 comics for the initial shipping charge.  International shipping will be more.  I prefer airmail, so that is what I will be sending if purchased by international customers.

Methods of Payment: Paypal is accepted.  If an alternate method of payment must be used, please contact me for information.

1) Winning bidder agrees to pay-in-full for the item within 5 days of END OF AUCTION NOTICE.


Shipping & Handling Rates are NOT negotiable.
Please paypal only once on multiple item wins. Please avoid paypaling for each item separately!!!
1 All prices are as stated in U.S. Funds.
2 All comics are sent PRIORITY MAIL.  
3 International packages are sent PRIORITY MAIL, unless size or weight determines otherwise.

Once you receive your item, and you are happy with it, please leave POSITIVE FEEDBACK for me.  Only after I have received POSITIVE FEEDBACK from you, will I leave the appropriate feedback for you.  This is the only way that I can assure that you are satisfied with a completed transaction. 

Failure to pay for auction items after 10 days is subject to eBay's non-paying bidder program (including my requesting a final value fee credit, which will give you a strike against your eBay account.  Three strikes like this from eBay and they suspend your account).

I set up at, or attend, 90% of the major shows across the country including Wizard World, Motor City, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, as well as many others, and I personally oversee the signing of each of my comics that I sell.  I guarantee the autographs or sketches sold to be 100% percent authentic.  If it is ever proven that the signature on these books is not who I say it is, then I will replace the item, or refund up to 200% of the purchase price.

As a final note, if there is anything within my auction that you have issues with, then by all means, please exercise your right to NOT BID on my auction items.  However, if you look at my feedback you will see that the saying is true..."you get what you pay for." and in my case you are paying for excellent service and quality items.
