Yes it has rust in places, but that will show on the 6 photos. Size is 3 9/16 dia., and approx. 2 1/2" high. The bottom has more rust, but I'm sure it could be cleaned properly to make it look better. It has not been cleaned for the last 40 + years. Questions, please email me. Always glad to combine items to save some postage. IF THE ACTUAL POSTAGE IS LESS THAN YOU PAID, WE REFUND THE EXTRA!
