SHIPPING & DELIVERY CHARGES:
We are happy for you to come and collect your purchase from us; obviously there will be no delivery charge. We are a working unit so please call us to arrange a date and time for collection
Free postage options are sent out via 2nd class post. Please be aware that Royal Mail advises delivery time for this service can take between 3 – 5 working days
Even though eBay give an estimate of one-day delivery for 1st class post, the only service that Royal Mail guarantee next day delivery is Special Next Day Delivery of which they now charge £8.99.
We also offer a next day courier service for £5.75; however, we would need a mobile contact for delivery updates along with a valid email address. This applies to UK customers only
Please ensure that the address you have registered with eBay and PayPal are correct. If your details are incorrect and your item cannot be delivered because of this, the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund.

If you have already made a purchase without reading the instructions/terms of sale and wish to cancel the order please let us know within 24 hours and a cancellation request will be generated. When this request is received, as soon as you agree to it your payment will be refunded back to you.
Please ensure that you enclose your eBay user ID, listing number, and the reason for return.
We do not refund return postage costs
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you notice any product or packaging damage please record this on the drivers’ terminal OR DO NOT SIGN FOR DELIVERY.
Where possible please call us whilst the driver is still there. We may request photos showing the damage before we can determine the best course of action to take.If you sign for an item and later advise it is damaged, the courier or the seller will not accept liability.
Auctions Items:
Under Distance Selling Regulations and EBay terms and conditions sellers are not required to offer refunds and accept returns on items sold via bidding. Please make sure the item you are bidding for will work for you. We cannot give replacements or refunds for "non-compatible" or unwanted auction items. The buyer is wholly responsible for deciding on the suitability of the goods offered and by placing a bid you are acknowledging the goods as being suitable.

When returning your purchase can you please ensure that your order is returned in it's original packaging with all tags attached. Can you also advise the reason for the return?
Customers must enclose the reason why they are returning any item, as failure to state a reason will result in a delay in processing your refund.

I ask very polity that all returns are sent back in the new condition they were received so I can re-sell them.
If an item is not returned in an 'as new' condition which cannot be resold, and According to Citizens advice:
... BUT, you do need to make sure it’s packaged in a way that means it doesn't get damaged. Sellers can ask you to pay if something gets damaged because it wasn't packaged properly. The seller can also ask you to pay (or reduce your refund) if you've reduced the value of the item

The goods you can't return
There are some goods you can't return if you simply change your mind, including:
- CDs, DVDs or software if you've broken the seal on the wrapping
- Perishable and other items that deteriorate rapidly such as food and flowers
- Tailor-made or personalized goods
- Underwear and earrings
We do not refund your return postage costs
On receipt of the returned items we will issue a refund within 14 working days.
