Payment must be received within seven days of purchase unless arranged otherwise. If payment is not received within the seven day time scale we give, we will begin the unpaid item process through eBay.

We aim to process all returns within 48 business hours of receipt of the return, but please allow up to 7 days for any exchange / refund.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return item to us in an un-used state in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase and we'll give you a refund or exchange minus postage costs. Any returns after this time may be subject to a restocking fee.

Please note you MUST contact us for a returns form and returns number before returning any part.This way your return can be logged and processed promptly once it arrives back.

If your item is faulty or was incorrectly sent you must contact our customer service department within 7 days for advice before returning the parcel and we will endeavour to get this resolved promptly.

We cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost in the post, therefore please make sure all returns are sent by recorded post and you keep your receipt as proof of postage.
