We were founded in 1977 by Robert Schwalm to sell and service Generac generator products. Over the years we have broadened our scope and we now stock both repair and service parts for a wide variety of products for Recreational Vehicles. Featuring 14,000 plus part numbers and over 5,000 in-stock parts from more than fifteen suppliers; we are here to get you the parts you need; delivered quickly and priced right. Our staff has wide and deep product knowledge with over 130 years of R.V. experience. Many of us have been the industry for over 20 years and three of us for over 30 years. So, old or new, chances are we know about your vehicle and we are willing and able to provide technical assistance and direction to one and all.Payment
A payment is considered "cleared" after the money from the buyer has been deposited into the seller’s account. If the buyer pays by PayPal, the payment may clear immediately.
Shipping
Turnaround
All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Expedited shipping items will ship no later than the following business day.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.
Return Policy
If your item is incorrect or damaged contact us as soon as possible. If you purchased an item and are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may return it. All items must be unused in its original unopened package for an exchange or refund of your purchase price not including shipping (all returns are inspected). Please message us to obtain an RGA number. Returns with an RGA are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns without an RGA number will be subject to a 20% restock fee. Return shipping to us is handled on a case by case basis. We will update you on return shipping for your item when we issue your RGA number. International buyers may be required to pay duties and taxes in their respective countries.
