Return policy

1} ITEM NO LONGER REQUIRED: - Return the item to our address. We will refund price paid for the item. Initial Shipping Paid will NOT be refunded. We can collect goods from Mainland UK addresses for £12.

2} INCORRECT PART In order to establish the reason for the wrong part - UK customers must provide us with the vehicle full registration; overseas customers must provide chassis number/VIN number.

IMPORTANT:- When the word "Opt" is NOT in the item's title AND the wrong part was due to error/s in our item description/catalogue - we will either offer UK customers a swap for the correct part or a full refund (including initial and return shipping cost).

For UK customers all parts should be verified as correct by us via email/eBay message before purchase in order to warrant any refund.

If the item title contains the tag word Opt (standing for Option) e.g. Opt 1/2, return costs will NOT be reimbursed/refunded UNLESS the part was confirmed as correct for your vehicle via email/eBay message PRIOR to purchase.

We do offer a £10 "SWAP IT" service for Mainland UK - the wrong part is collected and the correct part is delivered. If there is a difference in price for the correct part, you will be refunded or invoiced appropriately.

CONDITION: - Items must be returned in the condition they were received.

TIME: - Refund requests should be lodged within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Faulty Part

All items come with a 12 months guarantee. If an item goes faulty we will first ask for the faulty item for which we will reimburse postage. We will then verify that the item is faulty, and if found to be so, we will organize a replacement.
