• The buyer has 30 days to return the item from the day the tracking number says it was delivered.
• Items must be returned in its original conditions.
• Mechanize with any odor, damage, stains or scuff marks will not be accepted.
• Items must be unworn, unaltered with tags still attached. Tags must not be removed, or reattached.
• Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box in its original conditions.
• Clothin must be returned with the orginal tags still attached.
• Shoes or Clothing that are not returned in its original condition will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
• Final Sale Items do not qualify for returns.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If upon receiving your order there is a problem or defect with the item, please contact us within 3 days

Instruction:

• Please open an EBAY RETURN. In the notes tell the reason why and how you want to process it.
• We will look at your return. Once accepted you will be provided with return instructions.
• Safely pack the item with a packing slip, and a note about the return/exchange.
• Ship the item to one of the addresses below depending on the carrier you decide to ship with.
 
• The customer is responsible for the shipping fee for exchanges and refunds.
• Packages take 2-5 days from the day they are received to be processed.
• Please be patient while the package is returned and processed.
• Refunds will only be assigned to the original buyer ONLY.
