Q: When can I expect delivery of my item?

    A: All products are delivered by Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery as standard, the normal delivery time for this is 2 to 5 days. If you require a Guaranteed next day delivery please select Royal Mail Special Delivery. (see shipping for costs)


Q: My Item is faulty, or I have received the wrong item?

    A: We apologise in advance if this happens. Prior to any return please get in contact with us so we can help you quickly and efficiently.


Q: I Would like a Refund?

    A: A full refund on the purchase price of the item will be provided if the item is returned within 7 working days of receipt, and in its original condition. Prior to any return please get in contact with us and we will provide you with the information you require to return the item. All returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt.

All our products come with a 1 YEAR WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects only.This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.
