When shipping an item, we will try our best to make the parcel reaches you in perfect condition. To do that, we use professional packaging materials and spend enough time to ensure that the item is packed correctly.

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, just return it to us and we will refund the full cost of the item (less P&P) - All we ask is that you send an email within 7 days outlining your request for a refund, and return the item within 14 days with the original packing.
