  • I cannot control how expensive it may be to send an item to you. There are a lot of dimension and weight regulations that I must work adhere to and these standards dictate cost.

  • Be aware that boxes traveling great distances are often subjected to some pretty harsh treatment. This is not something I can control. 

  • I won't lie on customs forms.

  • I request that international bidders pay immediately following the end of the auction via Paypal.

  • Item(s) will be shipped to you immediately following receipt of payment. I ship daily.

RETURNS

I do not accept returns due to buyers remorse. I will never misrepresent an item or its condition. If I should ever inadvertently mislist an item I will give you a full refund of the purchase price. Please ask questions prior to buying or bidding. All auction items are FINAL. You may return any store item for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • You repackage the item as it was shipped to you;
  • You post the item at your cost within 48 hours of receipt;
  • I receive the item in the same condition in which I shipped it;
  • Most importantly, you discuss the return with me in advance.

I will then post your money within 48 hours using the same form of repayment that you original used.If you have a more fair return policy, I'd like to hear it - I'm always looking for improvement opportunities.

ABOUT THE TRACK

Unfortunately, the track I obtain is often in varying states of disrepair, usually from being stored improperly. The track I sell here has been through a non-trivial labor-intensive process that I have developed through trial and error.  Certain pieces will cost more, but you can be assured that it will work - unlike the track lots normally for sale in most auctions.

DON'T SEE WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR?

Chances are very good I might actually have it.  Maybe.  I have a lot of listings to create, and am getting to them as time allows.  I don't have EVERYTHING, but in particular if there is an Aurora or Tyco HO car, track piece (did I mention I have TONS of track?), or accessory you are searching for and you don't see it yet here, just ask.  I'll absolutely reprioritize and get that item listed for you if I have it on hand.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE...

Some notes on your track. I've cleaned it to the extent possible, but as a reminder many items are in the neighborhood of 40 years old.  I acquire track from a variety of sources, some which has been stored better than others.  In any case, I offer a 100% happiness guarantee on store track items, and you can return these for a full refund or exchange.  Some remnants of the cleaning process may show up on the track.  While I endeavor to be perfect, I may have missed something in the process.  Any remaining residue is harmless and can be simply wiped off with a dry white cloth or paper towel. Please let me know when you receive it and leave good feedback. If you are unhappy for any reason, please let me know prior to leaving feedback so I have an opportunity to correct it.
