Shipping
 

• All Shipments are made via USPS First-Class.
• We will ship to PayPal CONFIRMED ADDRESS ONLY. No Exceptions.
• Local Pick-Ups are NOT acceptable.
• All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours during business days (Monday to Friday), after the payment is received in full.
• We DO NOT ship out orders on weekends and holidays.
• We will not be responsible for shipping courier's delay due to unforeseeable circumstances, such as natural disasters.  
• All items will be inspected carefully before packaging.
• Refused or undeliverable shipments are not grounds for a refund. The shipment, if returned, will be held until a $5.00 handling fee and funds to cover re-shipping are secured. 
• Canada Customers: We pay brokerage fees but you are responsible for customs taxes and duties. Sorry, but we CANNOT declare packages as GIFT.

 
Payment
 

• Only PayPal payment will be accepted.
• 9.00 % CA Sales Tax will be applied to California residents during checkout.
• SHIP TO CONFIRMED ADDRESS ONLY; PAYMENTS WITH UNCONFIRMED ADDRESS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
• All items must be paid within 7 days, or an unpaid item notification will be filed, and item will not guaranteed in stock.
• A dispute will be reported to EBAY for un-paid items, and turn to Auction collection agency.

 
Return Policy
 

• In order for us to offer our customers the lowest prices of items, all auction sales are considered final unless "defective". Please inspect your order upon receipt. No returns will be accepted for any reason after 14 days of delivery.
• We can only issue an exchange or refund if the item is received defective or incorrect item shipped.
• All items must be in the same condition that you received it. Any alterations have been made or the item worn will not be accepted. As received with all accompanied accessories and literature, including the original packaging. Item must NOT BE USED at all, otherwise a 20% restocking fees will be charged.
• All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances.
• Please inspect your order upon receipt. No claims will be honored after 14 days of delivery. We will not reimburse shipping fee for all returned items.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
• We will not resend product before we get a confirmation from insurance claim or the returned item from customers.
• All items are brand new unless otherwise stated.

• Emails are answered between 9am and 4pm (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday. We do not answer any emails on weekends or holidays. We will reply all emails in the order it was received.
