I do not send an invoice unless requested in case you are still bidding. If you require an invoice please let me know and I will send one to you specifying the total amount.

If you have made a multiple purchase and have not received the correct postage discount, please contact me before making payment & I will send an invoice to you specifying the total amount. I am unable to refund any overpayments in postage if payment is made before an invoice is requested & sent.

Payment or contact should be made within 7 days. If I haven’t heard from you within the 7 days, I will need to assume the item is no longer required and ebay will begin the unpaid item process automatically.  If you’d like to cancel your order please just let me know & I will be happy to do so.

I combine postage on all of my items, UK purchases are £1 for the first item & 10p for each additional item.  If you purchase more than 20 items in a single transaction then postage will be free & will be via 1^st class recorded delivery.

I do my best to dispatch all orders by the end of the next working day although it may take me a little longer during busy periods like the run up to Christmas & after bank holidays.

I have always seen it as my responsibility to get your order to you, if it has been lost in the post I will send replacement items to you, if this is not possible or if you prefer I will send a refund.  Please allow 10 days for an item to reach you as they occasionally seem to take the long route & do still arrive within this time.  International buyers please allow 20 days.

If you are not entirely happy with your item/s please return within 30 days for a full no quibble refund.

I really do care about my customers and would rather lose money than have an unhappy customer.  Please let me know if there are any problems at all & I will do my best to resolve them with you.

If I have made an error when packing your items please let me know & I will resolve it as soon as I am aware of the problem, please remember I am only human & any error would never have been intentional!

I have always felt neutral or negative feedback should be a last resort.  I am confident I can resolve any problem to your satisfaction, provided I am aware of it.  I will always resolve any problems quickly and will bend over backwards to ensure my customers are happy.  It really is horrible to unexpectedly learn that there has been a problem through reading my feedback, please contact me first & give me a chance to help.

Bead Fanatic (formerly Eroewens) is a small business run by me Louise. When I first became interested in jewellery making I wanted a small kit with a bit of everything included, just to give it a go & see if I really wanted to pursue the hobby. I found it difficult to find this & ended up outlaying quite a lot of money just to get started. While I was trying to find what I wanted at the right price, I came across a wholesaler. I decided to order in bulk, use what I wanted and sell the rest as kits on eBay, and that is how it all started.  If I'm honest bead collecting became the hobby & got a bit out of hand, hence the new Bead Fanatic name!  I now order beads from all over the world & am still always adding new items & hope to continue increasing my selection of beads and findings over the coming months.  My aim has always been to sell low priced items whilst maintaining quality along with the best possible service.  I always treat my customers how I would expect to be treated & fairness & honesty have always been paramount to everything I do.

I am registered as a sole trader with HM Revenue and Customs & all of my prices include UK VAT @ 20%.

The important thing to remember is not to pay for each item individually, if you do this ebay will record them as separate orders & they will be posted individually.  Stay on eBay whilst you purchase all of the items you would like & only go through to Paypal once you have everything you need.

The easiest way to purchase more than one item is to use the shopping basket.  Simply add each item to your basket & the total will be calculated to include the postage discount.  The amount before discount is (at time of writing) displayed more prominently than the amount after the discount has been applied, so make sure you are reading the right bit & not thinking it is extortionate!  If the total is not correct you can request a total from me which will ask me to send you an invoice.

Alternatively click ‘buy it now’ on each of the items that you would like to purchase but don’t go through to pay until you have done this for each item you would like.  Again if you are unsure if the discount has been applied you can request a total from me.

Unfortunately the ebay mobile apps & website make it impossible to place & pay for a multiple purchase (if anyone knows a way of doing this please let me know!).  If you would like to purchase more than one item from me you can purchase the items you require through a phone & pay later once you have computer access to the full ebay site where you should find that the total is correct.  After purchasing each item you would like you need to click ‘pay later’ in order for the items to be combined later (this link is not very prominent!).  Alternatively send me a message once you have finished & I can send an ebay invoice which will be sent to your email address so that you can click through to pay.
