We ship 5 days a week, Monday-Friday excluding all US holidays. We strive to have orders shipped within 2 days of receiving cleared payment and frequently we get orders out within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Our primary shipping method is USPS Priority Mail which we have found to be both highly dependable and the fastest. Many times we do offer other methods such as UPS, USPS Parcel Post or Domestic First Class etc. but please remember that while these methods may generally be somewhat cheaper THEY FREQUENTLY TAKE LONGER TO RECEIVE. We do ship most items internationally, preferring USPS Priority Mail Int'l., but again please remember this generally takes at least 7 to 14 days but frequently longer. ***NOTE*** INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER IN COST. WE DON'T SET THE RATES THE USPS DOES. CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING COST. THESE COSTS ARE PAID BY THE BUYER UPON DELIVERY. Once we ship your parcel we no longer have any control over the expediency of its delivery. We are happy to combine shipping and purchases into 1 package. To be eligible for combined shipping discounts multiple purchases must be within 7 days of one another, shipped to the same address AND PAID FOR IN 1 PAYMENT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF SALES END.

Once you have submitted your checkout we are unable to give you any benefits of reduced (combined) shipping rates on that purchase. Example, you bought 2 items on Monday, and received an invoice. Unless specified otherwise, items are accepted for return or exchange within 7 days of receipt by buyer (books 3 days) and a refund or replacement of equal or greater value in the amount of the purchase price of the returned item(S & H not refunded) will be processed. Original, return, & replacement shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable unless we made the mistake. If possible replacement items will be provided.
