Warranty |
MotoAlliance is a
well established Powersports Accessories company. Customer Service is
one of our guiding principles. If you receive an item you believe to be
defective, please contact us immediately through our toll free line or
via email You can buy with confidence knowing that most VIPER products
come with a warranty provided it is installed & used correctly based
on specifications in the manual provided. Full replacement parts are
available. Please note, the buyer is responsible for return shipping on
all warranty claims, MotoAlliance will cover shipping back to the buyer
after warranty work has been approved and completed.
Limited Lifetime Warranty on Select Mechanical Components
One-Year Warranty on Electrical System
Additional Three-Month Warranty on all External Components
"Please note our limited lifetime warranty either matches or exceeds other limited lifetime warranties in the industry. There are significant limitations to all such industry coverage including inappropriate
usage, normal wear and tear, and components covered. In an effort to
exceed industry standards, our warranty covers the same items as our
competitors while also offering additional coverage for all components
not typically covered on the winch (free spool knob, fairleads, wire cable, etc). Please contact us for full details"

ATV's and accessories for ATV's including, but not limited to winches, are inherently dangerous. MotoAlliance is not liable under any circumstances for any damage or injury, incidental or consequential, due to the direct or indirect use of this product, which includes all malfunctions from negligence or defect. The buyer accepts full responsibility for all risks, losses, costs & damages that may be incurred as a result of operating this product, and release MotoAlliance and all those affiliated with them from any and all claims, including costs & attorney's fees.
