Shipping charges vary depending on the weight of the item. Small items up to 2 kg are charged from free shipping up to £4.50 . Larger items are charged at £9 up to 20kg for UK deliveries.

Small items are being shipped via Royal mail 1st class recorded delivery and larger by UK Mail 24 hours.

All items are dispatched within 1 - 3 working days from receipt of cleared funds (excluding weekends and public holidays). For computer systems it can take up to 5 workings days due to the reason we need to fully test the systems before we dispatch them.

However, we normally ship the same working day for items ordered and paid for before 2pm.

The delivery costs/duration shown is for the UK Mainland. Additional cost will be charged for Northern Ireland, Ireland, and All Islands. Delivery durations for highlands and Islands (and other non-UK mainland locations) are likely to take 1 day extra.

Most new products have 1 year manufacturer warranty, refurbished items have 30 days warranty.

If the buyer is unhappy with their purchase items must be returned to us within 14 days of auction end with NO seals or packaging disturbed or broken. A full refund will be given on reciept of goods.

Postage will not be refunded and the bidder is fully responsible for the items safe return to us in pristine condition. In auctions with free shipping the shipping price will be calculated at cost price.

Faulty items shall be replaced immediately upon return to us of the said item. All items must be checked for signs of damage before signing for the delivery.
