We use Royal Mail Recorded signed for to post all of our items. UK delivery is FREE! If a purchase is made before 2:00 pm the item will be posted out the same day. If a purchase is made after 2:00 pm it will be posted the following working day. Orders received after 2:00 pm on a Friday will be posted out on the following Monday.

We post internationally at a very competitive price. All international orders placed before 2:00 pm the item will be posted out the same day. If a purchase is made after 2:00 pm it will be posted the following working day. Orders received after 2:00 pm on a Friday will be posted out on the following Monday. European Orders take roughly 5 working days to arrive. Rest of the World orders roughly take 7 - 10 working days to arrive. Please allow up to 14 working days before contacting us regarding a package not arriving.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 14 day return period as long as the item is un-used and still in it's original packaging. Unfortunately though we are unable to refund you for the return postage. If there is a fault with the item then please contact us and we will arrange an exchange (if a replacement item is available) or a full refund. Also if there is a fault with the item then we do pay for the return postage.
