WILL CALL (Pickup): By appointment only and must be scheduled within our normal business hours.  We can only accept cash payment for pick up orders.  
There is a $5 Will Call service charge for order under $100.   Our Customer Service representative can help you carry your purchase to your car upon request.  
There is no installation onsite.  Buyer wishes to pay for installation service may be referred to our local authorized dealer.

Sales Tax:  We are required by law to collect sales tax for buyers located in the state of California (CA). Tax exempt buyers must have documentation submitted 
and confirmed before the package can be sent out.

None-USA International Import Taxes & Duties: Many countries have a Value Added Sales Tax VAT, which is charged when an item crosses into their border. 
VAT is charged in addition to applicable duties. It's the buyer's responsibility to know how much tax and duties will be charged. We do not declare shipment as gift. 
We reserve the right to upgrade shipping method of US Postal to Fedex to provide better tracking service.
