With the added 25% wool content it makes for a hard wearing yarn and smooth to the touch. machine washable.

  • OVERSEAS ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDING TO LOCATION, WEIGHT AND VALUE OF ORDER.

  • FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES – IF ORDERING MORE THAN 1 ITEM, USE THE ADD TO BASKET TAB TO PUT THE ITEMS IN THE EBAY BASKET.
  • IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATE THE POSTAGE FOR THE ORDER,USING OUR PROMOTIONAL POSTAGE, WHICH CAN BE SEEN IF YOU SCROLL DOWN THE PAGE TO THE BOTTOM, OR ALTERNATIVELY CLICK ON THE TAB SHOWING AT THE TOP, WHICH SAYS:
  • "REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER" 
  • ORDERS WILL THEN COME THROUGH TO US UNPAID, SO WE CAN COMBINE YOUR ORDERS INTO ONE INVOICE WITH CORRECT POSTAGE BEFORE YOU PAY.
  • PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU REQUIRE COMBINED POSTAGE DO NOT PAY FOR ORDERS INDIVIDUALLY, AS INDIVIDUAL POSTAGE PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AFTER THE ORDERS BEEN PAID FOR.
  • WE WILL COMBINE UNPAID ORDERS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 DAYS AND REQUIRE PAYMENT OF ALL ORDERS, NO LATER THAN THE 4TH DAY FROM YOUR FIRST ORDER DATE - IF NOT PAID AFTER 4 DAYS A DISPUTE WILL BE OPENED.
  • We accept Paypal as our payment method. We do not accept cheques or postal orders.
  • A MAJORITY OF OUR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE INVOICED WITH A SIGNED FOR SERVICE, SO SHIPPING IS MORE EXPENSIVE DUE TO THIS - IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO PAY FOR A TRACKED SERVICE, THEN PLEASE DO NOT ORDER WITH US.
  • Please ensure the correct delivery address is showing when payment is made, as we WILL NOT ship to an alternative address to that shown on your order, unless full signed for tracking post is paid for.
  • Paypal E-Cheques will be held until cleared.

SHIPPING:

  • Our orders are collected from our Warehouse Monday to Friday.
  • We do not post on weekends or bank holidays.
  • We endeavor to process orders within 2 working days, depending on how busy we are.  Please send us a message before ordering if you need to discuss any specific requirements regarding your order. 
  • Our prices are all based on weight and value.  Only the cost of materials used such as mailing bag, envelopes and labels are added to the cost. We do not profit from postage.
  • Orders can be collected from us in person between our opening hours of Monday to Friday, 9am – 3pm to save on postage, by prior arrangement. Please send us a message or call first though if you wish to do this, so we can have your order ready for you and deduct the postage cost from your order before paying.
  • Once the goods are delivered you are responsible for protecting them against loss or damage. Please be careful when opening packages with yarn in, as if you use scissors you may damage or cut through the yarn on opening.

Please Note - We do not send out different dye lots of wool, we have good stock levels of wool, but in the rare case that we have two different dye lots, we will order in new stock and then send out the order, which could result in a delay of sending the order for a couple of days. If this is the case we will send you a message to let you know.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME:

If an item has not yet arrived with you, please allow 15 WORKING DAYS if in UK and 20 WORKING DAYS if in EU or other INTERNATIONAL location, as this is the required time needed for a parcel to then consider the item as lost. Prior to this, if your order is taking slightly longer than normal, we can enquire with them only to see if we are able to get an update on progress. Our orders are all sent through business post, so we have a very efficient service, but sometimes delays do happen, so please allow time for your orders to arrive.
