Return & Refunds
We strive to ship all orders exactly as you would expect to receive them. In the unfortunate event that we ship you the wrong color/style we will be happy to rectify for you immediately. Hey, mistakes happen, we aren’t perfect! Please contact us
via eBay messages to fix the problem before leaving feedback. We will send you a return label to send the goods back to us as quickly as possible.
If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us in original condition within 14 days of item’s receipt. You must contact us before attempting to ship the product back to obtain an RMA number. Returns must be received by us within 10 days of issuing the RMA number to you. The returned item must be in the exact same condition as it was when we shipped it to you. All returns must come in their original box with all packing tissue. Once the item is returned to us, we will gladly refund the full purchase price to you minus a restocking fee of 15%. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and you are responsible for the shipping
costs to return the item to our warehouse.
We DO NOT refund shipping costs. Even when the order is "Free shipping" we incur in shipping costs, and this expense will be deducted from the total to be refunded ($9.99). In the case that you refuse your delivery, or it is returned because it is unclaimed, there will be an additional shipping charge of $9.99 deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost.
Due to the nature of the auction system and our rapidly changing inventory, we cannot offer exchanges for a different size, color, or style after the auction closes or after you receive the goods. In the event you purchased the wrong size, please contact us for a return. If you want a different pair, we will gladly accept your return and you are welcome to purchase on another item that we are selling.
