RETURN POLICY
Only new engines without gas or oil added will be eligible for returns.
If you have added gas or oil to the engine you may not return the engine due to federal shipping regulations and safety reasons.
If you have already added gas or oil, please contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information.
Replacement parts and products other than engines are not eligible for returns (generators, pressure washers, snowblowers, accessories, parts etc.)
All engine returns must be made within 30 days from the original purchase date.
All replacement parts must be returned with in 14 days of receiving items.(belts, mandrels, etc..) all must be in brand new condition
If an engine / parts are returned and is not in original or new condition, the items will be retained by Wildcats46.
The transaction will be final and the buyer will receive no compensation.
It is up to the buyer to provide accurate information regarding replacement of original equipment. We rely on your supplied information to suggest a correct replacement part. Any incorrect information leading to the purchase of a replacement part is the sole responsibility of the buyer and will be subjected to the restocking fee.
All authorized part returns will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, testing, repackaging, cleaning, etc. The customer will be responsible for both the original outbound and return shipping charges. When returning items listed with Free Shipping, customers will be deducted the actual outbound shipping and handling amount from their refund.
Eligible parts must be returned in the original packaging with full insurance and tracking information supplied to us upon return.
An authorized RMA must be issued by Wildcats46 before an eligible engine may be returned.
No engine returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

All website orders must agree to this policy before an order is placed.
All mail orders, fax orders and phone orders are assumed that the customer has read and agreed on the above written policies.
Special Orders
Sales of certain items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer will be final, meaning no returns.
Special orders that are not normally stocked will be clearly noted in the item listing by the label "Ships Factory Direct".
Canceled Orders
When canceling an order that has already been processed or shipped you will be subjected to a delivery intercept fee and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Order cancellations must take place immediately (within 1 hour of purchase) . If you refuse an order at delivery you will be charged the standard restocking fee and be subjected to a delivery intercept fee where roundtrip shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
WARRANTY
All of our products are from a manufacturers authorized distributor or direct from the manufacturer.
The manufacturer of the product you are purchasing carries the warranty for all items. Please contact the manufacturer which has staffed personnel to assist you in answering questions or obtaining replacement parts. The manufacturer will direct you to their local authorized factory service center where they will inspect the equipment for defects, and will repair or replace anything that is found to be a manufacturers defect and cover it under the product warranty at no charge to you. All warranty work must be done by an authorized warranty dealer as directed by the manufacturer.
Items that are factory reconditioned are always reconditioned by the manufacturer.

We can help locate a warranty center for you if you can't find the manufacturers telephone number or website address. he buyer is responsible for all costs associated with warranty work, including shipping and transportation to a service center.
