We only accept PayPal on eBay, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase.
We deliver to the whole of the UK and Europe (see postage details for different countries), for larger/heavier orders to Europe we may include an additional postage cost.
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us quoting the item description and the reason for the return. We will then contact you regarding details of how to return the item. We will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of your goods. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We suggest you obtain proof of posting as we cannot be held accountable for parcels lost on their return to us. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items and we cannot refund postage as these are a direct cost.
