Items are typically shipped within 24-48 hours after payment, Monday - Friday. Holiday weekends will cause a slight delay. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. We ship first class mail, priority mail, or parcel post through the USPS. The only free service we offer in addition to mailing cost is delivery confirmation for orders over $6. Orders under $6 do not receive delivery confirmation. It can be requested and paid for by the buyer. Any other postal mail services must be requested and paid for by the buyer.
In order to continue to offer free shipping, please keep in mind that items are shipped in a bubble envelope only. Boxes may get slightly bend during shipment. Priority Mail items are typically boxed for added protection. Please contact us if you need boxes in perfect condition and we can upgrade your first class order to Priority Mail for an additional fee. If the description above states free Priority Mail shipping, there is no additional fee.
Ebay will generate an estimated delivery date once you pay for your item. Please be advised that these dates are not always accurate. Priority Mail usually takes 3 business days once it is shipped. First Class Mail usually takes 3-7 business days.
If you have not received your order within this time frame, please contact us and we will make sure your item is not lost or delayed by the post office. In such case that we reship your item for free, we do ask that if/when the missing item does show up you contact us. Also, REJECT the package without opening it and it will come back to us free of charge to you.
If you have not received a confirmation of shipment within three days, please feel free to message us through ebay directly regarding your order. We do from time to time, making listing errors which may cause a delay or cancellation of your order. We try our best to avoid this and will contact you within 24 hrs if this is the case.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Beware that we are considering the discontinuation of International shipments due to rising postal fraud from International customers. Please be advised of our policy regarding international orders:
1. Your item will be shipped within three business days. If there is an address issue or any other customs issue, this can delay your shipment. You will be notified to make changes before your order can be shipped out.
2. International orders can arrive at unpredictable shipment times. IF your order is NOT delayed by customs for tax or any other reason, you can expect to receive your order within 14-21 business days (not including Saturday, Sunday or holidays). Orders received sooner than this are not the norm. Orders received later than that are also rare.
3. If your order has not arrived within 30 BUSINESS DAYS, notify us and we will reship your order. Once we verify that it has been 30 business days, we will reship the items. If it has not been 30 business days, we will request that you wait for time frame to pass. PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A RESPONSE TO MESSAGES. We are very busy shipping orders and our priority is getting orders out and then handling messages.
4. We are honest and fair and treat others the way we want to be treated. PLEASE BE HONEST IN RETURN. We will investigate every single refunded order and report suspicious bidders to ebay. Karma bites. If you are a thief, liar or scam artist you will get what you give eventually.
