Very light & compact Class D subwoofer power amplifiers able to operate at 115V or 230V +/- 10% for international use. A stout power supply allows continuous operation at full output level, something very few home amplifiers are capable of. The result is solid, punchy dynamic range and fewer "nuisance" shutdowns while operated at sustained high levels.
Extremely compact, lightweight, and cool-running design maximizes flexibility of placement. A must for many of todays ultra compact subwoofer designs. Solid, sealed construction eliminates the flimsy & airspace robbing plastic back boxes used in most plate amps. Internal peak limiting circuit minimizes clipping while internal/external fault protection keeps the amplifier safe. User configurable to either 115 VAC or 230 VAC +/- 10% via a switch located near the IEC power socket.
System integration & room optimization are easily accomplished via fully variable level, crossover frequency, and phase controls. Accepts line level input via stereo RCA jacks or a single LFE jack for the mono output of an A/V receiver. High level (speaker wire) input is also included. Dual RCA out jacks are provided to facilitate line level loop-through. Full active operation is engaged by signal presence of less than 1/2 watt when in standbly mode
