Items are posted within 1 working day of order (Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) - Please note that Royal Mail allow 15 WORKING days for standard delivery to UK and 20 WORKING days for overseas, please consider this before entering 'item not received' 

There are restrictions on flammable products - Perfumes, Aftershaves deodorants and Nail Polishes, and therefore these products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

All products purchased through this website are covered by our 14 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product to us within 14 days of your order date. Should you wish to cancel the contract you are under a duty to return the Product to us at your own risk. 

While you are in possession of any Product that you intend to return under this policy you shall ensure that it is kept in a reasonable condition, that it is un-used and that upon return you shall ensure that it is in the same condition as when you received it together with the original Product packaging. After you cancel your order and have returned the Product under this policy we will refund to you the purchase price for the product, usually within two days of us receiving the returned Product. Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the Product(s).

 If the item is faulty, please contact us with a description of the problem within 7 days of purchase and we will either send a replacement or offer a full refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. If your item is not called for, and returned to us, we will contact you and request the suitable postage fee. Once payment is received, we will resend your item a.s.a.p.
