Founded in 1968 by Lee Gopthal, Trojan Records function was to serve as a Sister label to Island Records. The Trojan name derives from Duke Reid's Leyland (*Trojan) trucks that served as transportation for Reid's huge sound system and that were emblazoned with the slogan, 'Duke Reid, the Trojan King of Sounds'.

If you are unsure of your size it is best to measure your chest size:

Raise your arms slightly and measure just under your arms. Be sure to cross over the shoulder blades and the fullest part of the chest.

To confirm your chest size, measure your waist or the waistband of a comfortable, well fitting pair of trousers or jeans and add 6 inches. eg. If you are a 30" waist usually your chest size will be about 36", or if you are a 32" waist, your chest size will be about 38", etc.
