How do I know what Width watch strap I need?

Determining the width of the watch strap you require to replace your current strap can be done with any one of a few very simple ways. When buying a watch strap from WatchObsession, you will always be ordering the strap in terms of Width which is as it suggests, the width of the strap where it attaches to the watch case. The size you require is based on the gap between the case of your watch where the strap attaches to. You can measure this distance in mm's using a ruler, a set of digital callipers or a  strap sizing tool that we sell on eBay.

How do I know what length watch strap I need?

The thickness of your wrist and diameter of your watch are the variables you must consider when trying to determine what length strap you require. The industry standard length is normally around 200mm overall length with a smaller length being around 180mm or less and a longer length being around 220mm or more. Generally, we tend to advise that anyone with a 7 inch wrist will find the standard (200mm) length will suit them. Customers with a wrist smaller than 7 inches will find the smaller length better for them whiles customers with a wrist measuring around 8 inches will require the Longer length straps (220mm).

Will I receive new Spring Bars with my strap order?

Every Hirsch Watch Strap ordered from us at WatchObsession will be sent out with brand new spring bars matching the width of the strap ordered. With only a few exceptions such as Open Ended straps which do not require spring bars. You are more than welcome to request different sized spring bars, for example, if you are wanting to fit a 22mm watch strap in to a 21mm gap then you could request 21mm spring bars to be sent with your strap.

Is the buckle removable?

All of the buckles supplied with the Hirsch Watch Straps can be removed with ease using a Spring Bar Tool.
