Condition: letter has two staple holes, upper left; light paper clip indent;
light stain across top; copy of letter and memo, minor signs of handling


Eleanor Roosevelt was born Anna Eleanor Roosevelt. She was an American stateswoman and humanitarian; wife
 of the 32nd U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt (1905-1945); niece of 26th U.S. President Theodore Roosevelt.
