INSTALLATION:
Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the sticker parts and your surface. The decal is three parts. 1. The clear transfer tape that is on top of the decal. 2. The decal itself that sits below the Clear Transfer Tape. 3. The paper backing that the decal is on top of. When installed properly, the only thing remaining on your surface, is the decal itself in the color your purchased. The paper backing and the clear transfer tape will be discarded(recycled).
1. Clean your surface thoroughly to insure that there is no dust or contaminates that will not allow the adhesive to stick.
2.Carefully squeegee the clear transfer tape to make sure that 100% of the decal will lift off the paper backing when you begin to remove the clear transfer tape. If any piece of the vinyl isnt coming up, please lay the transfer tape back down on the paper backing and squeegee again until it all comes up.
3. Continue to lift the clear transfer tape off the backing until all of your decal is off the paper. Now that the decal is on your clear transfer tape, place it on your desired surface and repeat the beginning of step 2. Start to squeegee the decal on your surface and try to push all air bubbles out from under the vinyl. Begin to lift the clear transfer tape and make sure that all the vinyl is sticking to your surface. If it isnt, lay it back down and continue to squeegee until all of your sticker stays on your surface.
4. Completely remove the CLEAR TRANSFER TAPE and your item is now on your surface. Congratulations....Recycle the transfer tape and paper backing.

SHIPPING:
We can not ship to any address that is not the address listed on your account! Please update address before purchasing. In the event that a decal is shipped to an address you no longer reside in, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to purchase another decal after correcting the address.
We are offering Free shipping on these items to the United States.
Due to the sizes of these decals and the increase in costs to ship internationally, we will be charging shipping for international shipping as follows.
All countries out of the United States will have an additional $1 added for shipping and handling.
We will combine shipping for multiple items and only charge .50 for each additional item.
Items will all be shipped withing 72 hours after payment is received unless the item is paid for on Saturday afternoon(post office is closed on Sundays)
There will be no tracking number for these items as they are flat items and the USPS does not track any items less than 3/4" or unless your willing to pay $3.50 for registered mail in the United States. Once an item leaves our offices, we have no way of insuring that the item arrives unless the buyer purchases insurance. Please note that we will try to take care of any issues but a lost or damaged item through the postal service, that wasnt insured, will be the responsibility of the buyer to discuss with the postal service.
Please allow 10 business days for your item to arrive in the continental United States and 20 days for your item to arrive internationally. The item will normally arrive much sooner, but please be patient as there are times where, for whatever reason, the post office seems to take its time or even lose items in the mail . Doesnt happen often, but when it does, please contact us and we will make sure you receive another sticker or a refund.
If the sticker does not arrive and its because of an old address not being updated, we can not refund or ship a new sticker, unless the old one is returned. This will make the process much longer as we have to wait for the item to be returned and then resend at the expense of the buyer. We will have a listing for that instance. If the item is not returned, a new item must be purchased.
RETURN POLICY:
We will accept returns within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is not damaged and returned to us in the same condition that we shipped it in. New and unused. Any used decals that were installed improperly, do not qualify for a return and a new item must be purchased. Thank you and we appreciate your honesty.
SALES TAX:
All California Residents will pay any applicable Sales Tax.
