       Buyers: Please don't bid if you aren't going to or can't pay for the items.  It is a real hassle for sellers to deal with non-payers. Please send payment within 10 days of auction closing to avoid negative feedback. 

       Refunds: Well, it all depends on the situation. It is in my best interest for each transaction to have both parties satisfied.
