Multiple Orders

In keeping with ourcommitmentto charge you as little as possible for your shipping with us, in the case of purchasing multiple orders from us we will be happy to upgrade any other items purchased at the same time to the same postage for no additional charge, or for the cheaper "additional item" charge where present (please note that there is a weight limit of 2 kg on International and Special Delivery after which we may be forced to suggest a Tracked or Courier service instead).

To take advantage of this, place your order without making payment and request an invoice. Our staff will be happy to send you an invoice with the appropriate discount.

Our Missing-in-Post Policy
Unfortunately, some items do go astray in the post. Before contacting us allow a few days for delivery - uk 5 working days, International 10 working days. If your purchase has not arrived by then, do contact us. We will tell you when it was shipped and when it should have arrived. We will also confirm your delivery address and, for tracked delivery services, we will try to trace your shipment. For Royal Mail services, we are contracted to wait 10 working days after the package should have arrived (25 days for international airmail) before we can consider that the package is lost. At that stage, please confirm that the item is still missing and we will be happy to either send a replacement (upgraded to Royal Mail Recorded Deliveryfree of charge)or issue a full refund, including postage.
