Up for sale is a vintage solid 18k yellow gold huge oversized rectangular Patek Philippe mans wristwatch with a Breguet numeral dial that was retailed by Tiffany & Co..  I believe this watch was made in the 1920's.  The case is about 45mm long and and about 26mm wide, not including the crown.  It takes a 20mm strap.  This is an enormous watch for its time period.  The half dollar in the photo is there to give perspective as to how big this watch is. The case has a hinged back which has 2 initals engraved on it.  The case is in very good condition with just the usual wear.  It has one original gold springbar, and one replaced steel springbar.  The dial has applied gold Breguet style numerals and porcelain inlaid track and wording.  The dial is signed Tiffany & Co..  It is a little dark and spotty, but still looks good.  The movement is running strong and keeping good time.  The watch has a brand new honey colored genuine crocodile strap and buckle which is not Patek.  Please look at the photos and ask questions as needed.
