- We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That's why we go to great lengths to provide accurate, full-detail descriptions in every item. However, we realize there are times when you may not be 100% satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason.
- How do I return an item? Simply email us within 14 days of receiving the item and tell us you would like to return the item. We will promptly issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Upon receipt of your item back, we will issue you a FULL refund LESS shipping cost and a 15% re-stocking fee (Sony products will be 25% re-stocking fee).
- This fee helps us ensure we can continue to offer you the best selection and service.
- Headphones, microphones, software can't be returned. Oversized items (digital pianos, etc.) can be returned but buyers will be responsible for possible shipping damage when returned.
- Product must be in resalable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Buyers will be responsible for international returns of any kind. All costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping Method
- Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS mail of your choice.
- We ship to Military addresses and PO boxes addresses and None Continental US addresses, but they may cost more to ship. Free shipping is normally not available to these addresses.
- We do ship some extremely heavy items internationally. Please contact us for shipping quote.
- Buyers can visit our store in San Jose for local pickup.
Shipping Times
- For Priority Mail please allow at least 6-10 business days to arrive in your country after shipment.
- For Express Mail please allow at least 3-5 business days to arrive in your country after shipment.
- In some cases shipments can take longer than the standard time. This is usually due to customs delay, or some other problem with the delivery service. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for shipments that do not arrive within a timely manner if we have shipped the item promptly.
- We ship most of our products next business day. Shipping service is not available during weekends and national holidays.

- All products come with manufacturer's warranty and support.
- B-Stock or Open box units are also covered under manufacturer's warranty and support.
- Gigasonic offers 30 days store warranty. Defective items can be returned for exchange without incurring re-stocking fee.

Payment Method

- Personal check from U.S. Bank takes 10 days to clear before we ship the product.
- International checks are not accepted.
