PROCESSO AZIENDALE: acquistiamo le motocicletta e ne facciamo un breve video dopo averla utilizzata per almeno 50 km per riscontrarne eventuali difetti. Il video è fondamentale: potrai sapere se si tratta di ricambi provenienti da moto incidentate, cadute oppure integre e funzionanti in ogni parte; potrai vedere i km che sono segnati sulla strumentazione, vedere e sentire il motore. Successivamente procediamo allo smontaggio, al lavaggio e allo stoccaggio delle parti: a questo punto i ricambi sono pronti per essere venduti.

PUNTEGGIO e VALUTAZIONE, per ogni singolo ricambio diamo un punteggio ed un commento che, insieme alla fotografia reale del pezzo, parte integrante della descrizione, vi aiuteranno a valutarne le caratteristiche, i pregi ed i difetti. Ogni mezzo dispone della documentazione attestante la proprietà della moto, verrà fornita ogni volta che lo chiederete.

GARANZIA: I ricambi sono usati, descritti accuratamente e corredati di foto. Per questo motivo non offriamo garanzia sul ricambio, esclusa quella di legge che prevede la sostituzione del pezzo o il rimborso entro 7 giorni nel caso il pezzo sia chiaramente difettoso in origine (escluse rotture o malfunzionamenti dovute ad un montaggio non corretto)

SICUREZZA: Vi raccomandiamo per la vostra sicurezza di far montare e testare i ricambi solo da personale esperto. Un montaggio non corretto con conseguente rottura del ricambio esclude qualsiasi sostituzione della parte in oggetto. Decliniamo ogni genere di responsabilità trattandosi di ricambi usati.

RESTITUZIONE: I resi vanno preventivamente concordati ma le spese di spedizione rimangono sempre e comunque a carico dell' acquirente

BUSINESS PROCESS: we buy the motorcycle and then we make a short video after using it for at least 50 km to find defects. The video is crucial: you'll know if spare partsare from motorcycle wrecks, falls or intact and functioning in every part, you will see the number of kilometers that are marked on the instrumentation, see and hear the engine. Then we proceed disassembly, cleaning and storage of parts: at this point the parts are ready to be sold.

EVALUATION and SCORE: for each spare part we give a rating and a comment that, with the real photo of the spare, part of the description, will help you to evaluate the characteristics, strengths and weaknesses. Here's an example of how we evaluate the parts and how we make the prices
