- International Buyers - Please Note:
- 1. All items will be shipped to buyer's ebay address. Before you pay, please make sure your address in ebay matches the address you would like us to ship to.
- 2. We ship within 1 business days (weekends and public holidays are not cognized as business days) after full payment is received and cleared.. Generally, delivery time is 15-30 work days.
- If you need faster, please upgrade your shipping to Express Mail International from the postal service. You must pay for exera shipping fee.
- 3. As there are weight and cubage restrictions on international order, we are unable to offer you any discount or combined shipping for multiple items. There is no local pickup service, no third party shipping carrier will be used.
- 4. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

- I have not received my package yet, why?
- The tracking number you have received will only show updates on china territories and in some international countries. If the tracking number has stopped showing updates it means that your package is out of china territories or a trackable international package. - I tracked my shipment, and there are no scans. What should I do?
- International: China post service offers detailed tracking to some international countries but not to all countries. If your tracking number does not give you any information it may be because your country-s postal system does not give china post the ability to track a package. Please contact us and we will help you determine the status of your shipment.
- If the tracking number says "Delivered" and I have not received it yet, what can I do?
- Sometimes the china post system updates the tracking number as Delivered before the package was actually delivered, so please wait 3 days after you see this message. If your package still has still not been delivered after 3 days please contact customer service (you can find the ASK QUESTION link at the bottom of our ID) and we will help you find your package.
