As can be seen in the pictures this sleigh is sturdy enough to support a cute lil 2-½ year old
but wouldn't recommend trying to push or pull it.
~There has been some repairs to the frame, all of which look like they took place closer to when it was new
than a recent repair.
~The runners metal strip has pulled thru the flat head screws in a few places. Some twine was wrapped/tied around the right side runner.
~The rear rib has been cracked and repaired with a hand hewn piece of wood.
~The sleighs front face has been broken
~The dark red velvet seating looks to also be original and is still soft with signs of wear.
This would make a great piece for restoration or keep it original, either way it will make a
great display & conversation piece.
